Campaign summary

Eligibility

To be considered, a registration must:

• be a customer pre-registration created through this website;
• have a mobile number verified through our OTP process, where required by the campaign;
• be within the campaign period; and
• meet any additional published conditions.

Registration alone does not create gift eligibility. Eligibility is determined under these rules.

Allocation

A limited number of gifts is available and is allocated to eligible registrations according to these published rules until the allocation limit is reached. Registration does not guarantee a gift.

Allocation is recorded in our system with a reference and date. We do not display winners, and we do not state that a gift is “claimed” unless it has actually been allocated and recorded.

Fulfilment

The fulfilment method and any conditions (for example, collection or delivery) will be communicated to allocated registrants. Gift quantities cannot exceed the configured maximum, and a duplicate allocation to the same registration is prevented by our system.

Exclusions and changes

• Registrations that fail verification, are fraudulent, or duplicate another registration are excluded.
• We may cancel an allocation where a registration is found to be invalid, and we record the reason.
• We may change the gift description before the reveal. We will not substitute a gift with something of materially lesser value without updating these terms.

Gift communications

Campaign-specific messages are sent only where you gave gift-campaign consent for the relevant channel. That consent is separate from general marketing.
