2. Pre-launch status
PezeA has not yet launched. Services described on this website are planned or in development. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide any service, and no service is available today.
3. Accuracy of information
We aim to keep information accurate, but launch dates, service availability, coverage areas and campaign details may change. We do not guarantee that any planned service or feature will be delivered.
4. Your submissions
You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only your own details, or details you are authorised to provide. Do not submit another person’s mobile number to verify it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the website, abuse verification limits, submit fraudulent registrations, scrape data, or use the website unlawfully. We may restrict access and remove fraudulent submissions.
6. No employment or commercial promise
Registering interest as a delivery partner is not a job offer and does not guarantee onboarding, work or earnings. Submitting a merchant enquiry does not guarantee sales, commission rates, exclusivity or onboarding.
7. Intellectual property
The PezeA name, branding and website content belong to the operator or its licensors. Registering does not grant you rights to use our branding.
8. Privacy
Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.
9. Liability
The website is provided on an “as is” basis for pre-launch information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
10. Governing law
