Who we are

PezeA is operated by PEZEA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, 219, 2F, ILD TRADE CENTRE, SECTOR 47 GURGAON 122018. This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through this pre-launch website.

Operator identity and address shown above are placeholders pending confirmation and must not be treated as verified legal facts until they are completed by the operator.

What we collect

• Customer pre-registration: full name, mobile number, optional email, city, locality, interest categories, preferred notification channel, and your communication choices.
• Mobile verification: the code you were sent (stored only as a hash, never in plain text), the verification outcome, timestamp, and a provider reference.
• Merchant enquiries: contact name, business name, category, city, locality, mobile number, optional email, optional online presence, your description of needs, and contact preferences.
• Delivery interest: name, mobile number, city, locality, optional vehicle and availability details, and contact preferences.
• Demand votes: the categories you select and, optionally, a locality. No contact details are required to vote.
• Privacy requests: the details you provide so we can verify and respond to your request.
• Technical and campaign data: pages viewed, referral parameters (UTM), and a non-reversible session reference used to de-duplicate analytics. We do not use invasive fingerprinting.

We do not collect Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, bank account details, identity document images, precise GPS location, or passwords on this website.

Why we collect it

• To run the early-access list and verify that registrations are genuine.
• To understand demand for planned services so we can prioritise locations and categories.
• To contact you about your merchant enquiry or delivery interest that you asked about.
• To send you the specific communications you consented to, on the channels you chose.
• To administer any gift campaign under its published terms.
• To meet our legal obligations and handle privacy requests.

Choosing an interest category tells us what you would like to see. It does not guarantee that category will be available in your area.

What is optional

Only your mobile number (and, where relevant, your name and location details) is required to submit the action you requested. Your email address and every marketing consent are optional.

Marketing choices are presented separately, are unchecked by default, and are never a condition of registering.

Service providers

Depending on configuration, the following categories of processors may handle your data on our behalf:

• Mobile and messaging providers that deliver OTP codes and, where you consent, messages (for example, an SMS gateway or the WhatsApp Business Platform).
• Hosting and database infrastructure providers.
• Optional analytics providers, loaded only where permitted.

The exact providers in use are configuration-dependent and are listed in the operator’s internal processing register. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep personal data only while it is needed for the purposes above. Retention periods are configurable. Verifications and OTP challenges are deleted after a short operational window. Leads are reviewed against a retention schedule and, where no lawful reason remains, deleted or de-identified.

When you ask us to erase your data, we delete or de-identify it and keep a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again.

Your choices

Consent is recorded separately for each purpose and channel, with the wording version you saw and the time you agreed.

You can withdraw any of these at any time on the preferences page.

Your requests

You can ask for access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal, or raise a grievance using the privacy request form. We verify your identity proportionately — typically by confirming details already on file and an OTP — and we do not ask for copies of identity documents through this website.

We aim to respond within 30 days. This is our operational target, not a statement of a statutory deadline. Confirm applicable legal deadlines with a qualified Indian privacy professional before publication.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If a child’s data has been submitted, contact us and we will remove it. Any age-related campaign eligibility is configurable and governed by the campaign terms.

Legal framework

We design this website to support the requirements of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules as they come into force. Data protection law in India is being implemented in phases, so not every provision is in force today. This notice does not by itself make the service legally compliant; the operator must confirm current applicability with qualified Indian privacy counsel.
